Ms. Kimberly “Sissy” Brayboy Pate, 34, of 503 Alford Farms Road was born, November 20, 1974 and departed this life, Wednesday, February 25, 2009, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather: Mr. John D. Brayboy; her maternal grandparents: Mr. Clifton & Mrs. Ollie Mae Dial.
The funeral will be conducted 2:00p.m. Sunday, March 1, 2009, at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church with the Revs: Danny Brooks, Ellis Cooper and Fredrick Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch Church Cemetery.
Ms. Pate is survived by two sons: Master Christopher O’Ryan Locklear and Master Joshua O’Neal Freeman both of Maxton; a daughter: Miss Kierra Paige Locklear of the home; her father: Mr. Clonnie Brayboy of Maxton; her mother: Ms. Irene Dial Brayboy of Laurinburg; four brothers: Mr. Joseph Clifton Clark of St. Louis, MO, Mr. Clonnie Brayboy, Jr., Mr. Abner Clonnie Brayboy both of Maxton, Mr. Jonathan Ponce Brayboy of Las Vegas, NV; three sisters: Mrs. Amy Locklear, Mrs. Andrea Locklear both of Maxton and Ms. Jacqueline Spivey of Pinon Hills, CA; paternal grandmother: Ms. Polly Brayboy special friends: Ms. Jeannette Tyler and Johnion Hunt and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Saturday, February 28, 2009, after 6:00 p.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Cabinet Shop Road, Maxton.
