Obituaries

Ms. Kristi Dawn Moody                                                 Maxton    Ms. Kristi Dawn Moody, 30, of 139 Gum Drop Lane Maxton, was born December 22, 1979 and departed this life on Thursday April 29, 2010 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.  She is preceded in death by her father:  Mr. Marvin Moody.    The funeral will be conducted 4:30 p.m. Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Sycamore Hill Holiness Church   with the Revs:  Terry A. Cummings, Billy Clark, James E. Hunt and Floyd Hunt.  Burial will follow in the Clark Family Cemetery.    Ms. Moody is survived by her husband:  Mr. Leangelo Scott of the home; two sons:  Master Dakota Scott and Master Logan Scott both of the home; her mother:  Mrs. Pansy Moody and her mother’s friend Mr. Paul Smith; a sister:  Mrs. Ginger Locklear and her husband Mr. Brandon Locklear and their daughter: Miss Lanna Locklear of Milton, West Virginia and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.    The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Locklear and Son Funeral Home.
