Mrs. Clementine Locklear Mayer, 69, of Woodhaven Nursing Home, formerly of East White Pond Rd., Fairmont, was born September 30, 1940 and died Sunday, August 9, 2009 at Woodhaven Nursing Home. She is preceded in death by her husband: Mr. Charles J. Mayer.
A graveside service will be conducted 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 11, 2009, at Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Revs: Charles P. Locklear and Sonny Sampson.
Surviving are her mother: Ms. Bertha Locklear of Fairmont; two sisters: Mrs. Arlene Shellhouse of Fallston, MD and Mrs. Carol L. Hunt of Fairmont and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Monday, August 10, 2009, from 7-9 p.m. at Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
