Mr. Curlin Lowry                                               Pembroke      Mr. Curlin Lowry, 68, of 6710 NC Hwy 72 West, was born July 13, 1942 and died Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at his home.  He was the son of the late Mr. Reedy & Mrs. Zelma Mae Lowry.      The funeral will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Friday, September 10, 2010, at Mt. Airy Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Strickland officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Airy Church Cemetery.      Mr. Lowry is survived by his wife: Mrs. Brenda L. Lowry of the home; three sons: Mr. Clarence Kelly Lowry, Mr. Christopher Dale Lowry and Mr. Corey Stephen Lowry; three brothers: Mr. Reedy Lowry, Jr., Mr. Robin Lowry and Mr. Marlon B. Lowry; three sisters: Mrs. Edith Strickland, Mrs. Shelia Hunt and Mrs. Leila Jacobs; five grandchildren: Kasey Lynn Lowry, Breeonna Leigh Lowry, Haley Elizabeth Lowry, Chance Maclyn Lowry and Harley Daylon Lowry; a great-grandson: Kinston Christopher Locklear and a host of relatives and friends.      The family will receive friends Thursday, September 9, 2010, from 7-9 p.m. at Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
