Mr. Russell Locklear                                     Red Springs      Mr. Russell Locklear, 90, of 40 Reola Drive, Red Springs, was born May 30, 1919 and departed this life on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at his home.  He is preceded in death by his parents:  Mr. John Locklear and Mrs. Rosetta Bullard Locklear; a son:  Mr. Russell Locklear, Jr; six brothers:  Mr. Ernest Locklear, Mr. Elek Locklear, Mr. John D. Locklear, Mr. Bizzell Locklear, Mr. Utley Locklear, Mr. Jenavie Locklear; two sisters:  Ms. Lester Locklear and Ms. Essia King.      The funeral will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Sunday, May 16, 2010 at Praise and Worship Ministry with the Revs:  Ricky Deese, Teddy Jacobs, and Josh Chavis officiating.  Burial will follow at Galilee Baptist Church Cemetery.      Mr. Locklear is survived by his wife of 70 years:  Mrs. Reola Locklear of the home; five sons:  Mr. Charles Glenn Locklear of Willow Springs, NC, Mr. Jessie Arnold Locklear of Lumberton, Rev. Marlie Locklear, Mr. Jerry Locklear, Mr. Larry Locklear all of Red Springs; five daughters:  Mrs. Ola Lee Bonnette of Lumberton, Ms. Diana Locklear of Red Springs, Mrs. Angela Scott of Pembroke, Ms. Rose Mary Locklear of Red Springs and Mrs. Teresa Jacobs of Red Springs; two brothers:  Mr. Willie Locklear Jr. of Four Oaks, NC and Mr. Wilburt Locklear of Gardner, NC; two sisters:  Mrs. Lena Wade and Mrs. Ethel Locklear both of Red Springs.      The Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, May, 15, 2010 at Locklear and Son Funeral Home.
