Miss Erica Denise Locklear, 13, of 171 Lonnie Farm Road, was born December 26, 1995 and departed this life Sunday, July 12, 2009, along with her mother Delilah at their home.
The funeral will be conducted 4 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2009, at Mt. Airy Baptist Church with the Revs: Steve Strickland, Adrian Hammonds and Dr. Michael Cummings officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Airy Church Cemetery.
Surviving are her father: Perry Locklear of Pembroke; her brother: Billy Ray Locklear, Jr. and wife Natula of Conway, SC; her maternal grandparents: Reggle & Edith Strickland of Pembroke; her paternal grandparents: Tyrone & Mayon Locklear of Pembroke; 2 nephews Lakota & Elan and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 15, 2009, from 7-9 p.m. at Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
